October 13 Clinical Acupuncture & Moxibustion--Lumbar pain
Lumbar pain, also known as lumbospinal pain, is characterized by pain of the lumbar region and may involve either the spine, or one side or both sides of the lumbar region. It is a commonly encountered condition in the clinic. The lumbar is the residence of the kidneys, therefore, lumbar pain is often related to the kidney.Lumbar pain is divided into acute and chronic types, lumbar pain is often the consequence of impaired circulation of qi and boood in the lumbar region due to overwork, an aged and weak body, lidney deficiency, invastion of pathogenic wind cold dampness or trauma. The acute lumbar pain which is caused by trauma and exogenous pathogens mostly belongs to excess. The treatment principle should be promotion the flow of qi and blood, dredging the meridians and elimination the pathogenic factors. Chronic lumbar pain is mostly due to kidney defeciency. The treatment principle should be re- -inforcing the kidney and liver and strengthening the mscles and bones. Lumbar pain often refers to soft tissue injury, muscular rheumatism, prolapse of lumbar intervertebral discs and the diseases of the internal Zangfu organs in modern medicine, they can be treated referring to the differentiation and treatment in this chaper. Differentiation 1. Pathogenic Cold Dampness *Main Manifestations. Heavy sensation, cold feeling and pain in the lumbar region aggrabated in bad weather. *Accompanying Symptoms and Signs. Soreness and numbness in the lumbar region, limited movement, better or worse from time to time and usually worsened after lying in bed and alleviated by warmth. *Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis. A white greasy tongue coating, a deep, slow and tense pulse *Syndrome Analysis. Pathogenic cold dampness characterized by viscosity and stagnation block the meridians and collaterals, causing retarded circulation of qi and blood. This produces heaviness, cold sensation and pain in the lumbar region, which is aggravated in cold, cloudy or rainy weather. Soreness and unmbness and pain in the lumbar region with limited movement may be better or worse from time to time. Dampness is characterized by viscosity,so having a rest may bring about stagnation of dampness, and the pain cannot be relieved after a rest. The pain can be easily alleviated by warmth, it suggests that heat can improve the circulation of blood. A white greasy tongue coating and a deep, slow and tense pulse are signs of accumulation of pathogenic cold and dampness.
2. Consumption of Kidney Essence *Main manifestations. Weakness, soreness and pain in the lumbar region, lassitude and weakness of the waist and knees, aggravated by fatigue and alleviated by rest *Accompanying Symptoms and Signs. Dull and lingering lumbar pain may be relieved by manual rubbing or pressure. In case of deficiency of kidney Yang, there may appear fatigue, cold sensation in the lumbar region, spermatorrhea, frequent and clear urine. In case of deficiency of kidney Yin, there may be irritability,insomnia, dry mouth and throat, feverish sensation in the chest, palms and soles, yellow urine. *Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis. In case of deficiency of kidney Yang , there may be a pale tongue with thin white coating and a thready and weak pulse. In case of deficiency of kidney Yin, there may be a red tongue with less coating and a wiry, thready rapid and weak pulse. *Syndrome Analysis. The lumbar region is said to be the 'dwelling house of the kidneys'. The kidneys dominate the bones, produce marrow and there may be soreness and store essence. When the kidneys do not have sufficienct essence, the bone is lacking in marrow, and there may be soreness and weakness in the lumbar region accompanied by weakness of knees and lingering pain, which is dull in nature. Pain may be relieved by manual rubbing or pressure. In case of deficiency of kidney Yang, the kidneys fail to warm the body, giving rise to fatigue,cold sensation in the waist, spermatorrhea, frequent and clear urine, a pale tongue with thin white coating and a thready and weak pulse.In case of deficiency of kidney Yin,kidney water is unable to ascend to reduce the heart fire, resulting in irritability and insomnia.Deficiency of Yin causes excessive internal heat, which gives rise to the following symptoms: yellow urine, feverish densation in the chest, palms and soles,dryness of the mouth and throat, a red tongue with scanty coating and a wiry, thready rapid and weak pulse.
3. Blood Stasis due to Trauma *Main Manifestations. Stabbing lumbar pain often caused by sprain, generally fixed in certain area and aggravated by pressure *Accompanying Symptoms and Sigs. Lumbar painn may be alleviated in the day time and worsened at night. A limitation of movement can be found in a mild lumbar pain, and failure to turn body posture in a severe lumbar pain. Examination may reveal a local muscular spasm, tenderness on pressure and a radiation pain. A hematoma may be visible in case of sprain. *Tongue and pulse Diagnosis. A dark purple tongue or with ecchymosis, a deep and choppy pulse *Syndrome Analysis. Stabbing lumbar pain in a certain area and tenderness result from retardation of qi and blood which further leads to stagnation of blood in the meridians and collaterals. Stagnation of blood in the tendons may lead to slow circulation of qi and blood on lying in bed, there may appear lumbar pain which is relieved in the day time and aggravated at night. Stagnant blood accumulation in the skin may damage the muscles, there may appear musclar spasm, tenderness on pressure, a radiation pain and hematoma. A dark purple tongue or with ecchymosis and a deep and choppy pulse are signs of accumulation of blood qi.

If the food intake is more than the body consumption,the extra food will be stored in the body in the form of fat. And if the fatty degree is over 20% of weight, it is called obeity.Overweight means the fatty degree is 10% over the normal body weight. When the weight (quality) index is over 24[ weight (Kg)/ height2 (m2)], obesity can appear. According to the standard of WHO and countries like the USA and Great Britian, obesity means the male index is 27 and the female index is over 25.
Obesity can be divided into simple obesity, secondary obesity and other types of obesity according to the endocrine metabolic etiology.
In ancient medical records, obesity was seldom mentioned. Today, there are more and more people with obesity because of the development of society. Doctors engaged in TCM use acupuncture and moxibustion to treat obesity in China and around the world.
Differentiation
1.Excess of the Spleen and Stomach(Simple Obesity)
* Main Manifestations.
Fat body figure, especially over he lumbar area, of fat from an early age or with strong muscles.
*Accompanying Symptoms and Signs.
Strong desire for food, excessive eating, red face, sweating and aversion to heat, fullness of the abdomen and constipation.
*Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis.
A normal or slightly red tongue with a thin yellowish coating and a strong slippery pulse.
*Syndrome Analysis.
The spleen nourishes the muscles and has the function of transporting food. The function of the stomach is to receive and digest food. So excessive food in the stomach can cause obesity. Flushed face, aversion to heat and sweating are due to an excessive heat in the Middle Jiao. Constipation and abdominal fullness are due to heat in the stomach and intestine.
2.Spleen Deficiency and Excessive Dampness (Secondary Obesity)
*Main Manifestations.
Obvious obesity in the face, neck and abdomen, loose muscles
*Accompanying Symptoms and signs.
A pale face, tiredness, weak extremities, aversion to cold, excessive sleeps, anorexia,abdominal fullness, constipation, shortness of breath on exertion, or slight edema
*Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis
A pale tongue with a thin white coation and a deep thready slow pulse
* Syndrome Analysis.
Spleen Yang deficiency causes an excessive dampness, so the body become fat and the muscles loose. A pale face, lassitude and aversion to cold are due to a stagnation of middle Yang by damp cold.Excessive sleeps or anorexia, fullness of the abdomen and shortness of breath are due to a deficiency of spleen Yang. Fullness of the abdomen and edema are due to deficiency of Yang,causing a build up of water.Yang deficiency results in failing to transport qi, leading to constipation.
3. Primary Qi deficiency
* Main Manifestations.
Obesity with obvious fat in glutaea, loose leg muscles
*Accompanying Symptoms and Signs.
There may be tiredness, a desire to be quiet and an aversion to move, pale complexion, normal or poor appetite, shortness of breath on exertion, aversion to cold, scanty urine and edema. Female patients can have these symptoms before or after the menstrual cycle, and impotence and praecox ejaculation may appear in males, a thin white coating and a deep thready slow pulse
*Syndrome Analysis.
Deficiency of kidney Yang causes coldness in the Lower Jiao. Cold dampness will stagnate in the lower extremities, causing loose muscles. A deficiency of Yang qi will lead to lassitude, a preference for quiet and an aversion to move. A pale face , anorexia,shortness of breath, aversion to cold, scanty urine and edema symptoms for female patients can happen during the menstrual period. Congress appeared poised Thursday to continue compensating state and local governments for incarcerating illegal immigrants convicted of crimes, ignoring president Obama’s call to eliminate such payments. That would spare strapped California from another hit on its budget. The Senate Appropriations Committee voted to provide $228 million nationwide next year, acting a week after the House voted to allocate $400 million, the same as this year. Once the full Senate acts, negotiators from both chambers will meet to reconcile their differences. California, which receives about 40% of the money, still could end up with less than it received this year. “That’s better than nothing,” said Sen. Dianne Feinstein(D-Calif.). The funds are included in the annual bill funding the Justice and Commerce departments and science programs. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will try to persuade congressional negotiators to provide the full $400 million, said H.D. palmer, spokesman for the California Department of Finance. But palmer said the governor still wanted to turn over some of the 19,000 illegal immigrants in state prisons to federal authorities for deportation to help close the state’s budget gap. California receives only a fraction of the nearly $1 billion it expects to spend imprisoning illegal immigrants this year. Los Angeles County alone spends about $100 million. Officials from border states argue that taxpayers should not have to bear the burden of Washington’s failure to control the border.
D.C. train control system fails in testNTSB findings suggest a crucial technology breakdown may have caused deadly crash.
A train control system that should have prevent Monday’s deadly commuter rail crash in Washington, D.C., failed in a test conducted by federal investigators, officials said Thursday, suggestion that a crucial breakdown of technology sent one train slamming into another. Investingators with the National Transportation Safety Board performed the simulation Wednesday night. In the test, investigators positioned a train in the same location as the train that was rear-ended in Monday’s crash. The system failed to detect that the idled test train was there, the NTSB said. Investigators did not say what caused the malfunction, and they stopped short of saying the system failure caused the crash. The test results are significant because they confirmed earlier findings if “anomalies” in an electrical track circuit in the crash area. The findings suggest that the oncoming train in Monday’s crash might not have received ingormation that a train was stopped ahead. The stationary train was struck by a train operated by Jeanice McMillan. She and eight others were killed in the crash; 80 people were injured. If a malfunctioning circuit failed to detect the stopped train, it would have assumed that the stretch of track in front of McMillan’s train was clear and set the speed of her train at 59 mph, sending it hurtling into the stopped one. The steel rails show evidence that McMillan activated the emergency brakes before the crash. An NTSB spokesman said Thursday that no one was available to discuss the findings. A senior Metro official knowledgeable about train operations said an internal report confirmed that the train control system failed to detect the idling train when the crash occurred about 5 p.m. on a curved section of track between the Fort Totten and Takoma stations. The operator of the idling train, who was hospitalized after the crash, was also interviewed by federal investigators Thursday. He told them that he saw a train in front of him at the Fort Tottem station and stopped to wait for the path to clear, officials said. While stopped, he felt a “hard push” from the impact, according to the NTSB.

The supreme Court announced Thursday a potentially significant change in how crime lab reports are used in trials, ruling that a defendant has the right to cross-examine in front of the jury the expers who prepared these reports. Crime labs have been subjusted to criticism in the last decade, much of it because of DNA evidence that has shown at least 240 prisoners were in fact not guilty. In many instances , they were convicted based on faulty tests involving hair samples, clothing fibers, blood or ballistics from guns. Often, these crime lab reports were simply introduced as evidence. They were assumed to be accurate. In Thursday’s opinion, Justice Antonin Scalia said technicians who prepared these reports acted as ”witnesses” for the prosecution. And under the 6th Amendment, the accused has the right “to be confronted with the witnesses against him.” Scalia wrote for a 5-4 majority that reversed the conviction of a Massachusetts man found guilty of selling cocaine. Police officers took 19 small bags from a car in which Luis Melendez-Diaz was riding. At the trial, the prosecution submitted a certificate from a state lab that said the bags contained cocaine. Melendez-Diaz objected, and his lawyer said he wanted to challenge the evidence. But the objection was overruled, and the defendant found guilty. In Melendez-Diaz vs. Massachusetts, the high court reversed his conviction on the grounds that his right to confront his accuser had been violated. Scalia said states can work out procedures that require defendants to notify prosecutors and lab technicians in advance if they wish to question them in court. ”The sky will not fall after today’s decision,” he said, rebutting sharp criticism from the four dissenters. Standford law professor Jeffrey Fisher, who represented the defendant, said the ruling has national significance. “It means the prosecution must be tready to present forensic evidence through live testimony if the defendant requests it, “he said. The court lineup was unusual. Scalia was joined by Justices John Paul Stevens, David H. Souter, Clarence Thomas and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The dissenters, led by Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, said the ruling” has vast potential to disrupt criminal procedures that already give ample protections against the misuse of scientific evidence.” He said the ruling could mean that others who gathered or prepared lab samples might be called to testify. And he worried that cases could be thrown out if these experts were unavailable, even if they had died in the interim. Kennedy insisted “laboratory analysts who conduct routine scientific tests are not the kind of conventional witnesses “who are referred to in the 6th Amendment. Chief Justice John G. Roberts and Justices Stephen G. Breyer and Samuel A. Alito Jr. also dissented.
By David G.Savage reporting from Washington Budget bills passed by AssemblyThe $5-billion package could save the state from issuing IOUs, but Gov.Schwarzenegger says he’ll veto it.
The state Assembly on Thursday approved $5billion in budget revisions intended to keep California from having to issue IOUs next week, but Gov.Aronld Schwarzenegger quickly declared the package inadequate and vowed to veto it.
Republicans blocked the measures soon afterward on the Senate floor. But Democrats said they would not abandon the effort to pass the package, which would cut billions from education, push some education costs into the future and defer other state expenses.
The Assembly’s action came despite earlier declarations by GOP lawmakers that they would block any proposals that did not close the entire $24-billion deficit. With the prospects of IOUs going to local governments, welfare recipients and college students as early as next Thursday, Assembly Republicans to pass the measures.
As lawmakers debated, the controller and the state treasurer issued a joint statement warning that IOUs—if made necessary Clifornia’s cash crunch and the continuing lack of a balanced budget—would cause “substantial, long term damage” to the state’s standing on Wall Street . Assembly GOP leader Sam Blakeslee of San Luis Obispo said that approving Thursday’s budget bills was “the responsible and prudent thing to do.”
But Schwarzenegger said the $5 billion in budget revisions, which could avert IOUs for much of July,” amounts to nothing more than a piecemeal proposal.”
“Since the first day we began working to solve this $24—billion deficit, I have been clear: The Legislature must solve the entire deficit,” he said .He vowed a veto if the bill package made it to his desk,” because it doesn’t solve the problem.”
Several GOP senators then met with the governor in his office.Republicans in the Senate subsequently blocked the package.
Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg (D-Sacramento) accused the governor of “engineering the Senate “Republican efforts,” a charge denied by that house’s Republican leader, Dennis Hollings worth (R-Murrieta).
Steinberg, who earlier this month received a gift of metal bull testicles from Schwarzenegger with a note suggestion he might need them to close a budget deal, accused Schwarzenegger and Hollingsworth of “machismo game-playing.” Some of the measures the Assembly approved would save money only if the legislation is enacted before Tuesday, when the current fiscal year ends. After that point, the billions of dollars in payments to schools will have been made.
In addition to the multibillion-dollar education cuts, the “Assembly package would defer $3.6 billion owed to schools, universities and transportation programs. It is also would shift $350 million away from local redevelopment agencies and borrow $360 million from the state lottery. Voters in May rejected a proposal to borrow substantially more from the lottery.
Also on Thursday, the governor rejected a tentative deal his prisons chief struck last month with a court-appointed receiver in long-running federal lawsuits bought by inmates seeking better healthcare. The deal would have required the state to spend nearly$2 billion constructing prison medical facilities.” We cannot agree to spend $2 billion in state- of-the art, medical facilities for prisoners while we are cutting billions or dollars from schools and healthcare programs for children and seniors,” Schwarzenegger said.
The governor’s decision sets up a potential confrontation with federal judges who have sharply criticized his administration for moving too slowly. The judges have linked inmate healthcare problems to prison overcrowding and have said they intend to relieve it by ordering the release of about 50,000 inmates.
Another federal judge, meanwhile, ordered the governor and lawmakers not to implement a planned$2 per hour wage cut for the state’s hundreds of thousands of in-home healthcare workers. The administration has been tangling with the Service Employees International Union, which represents most such workers, over the wage cut, which was approved in February and is scheduled to take affect next week.
The union appealed to the White House and federal officials, who temporarily threatened to rescind billions of dollars in stimulus money if the state did not reverse the $98.1-million cut. The White House later rescinded the threat, saying it was issued unintentionally on a draft document not meant to be circulated.
But U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken ruled Thursday that the wage cut violates federal law, and she issued an injunction prohibition the state from putting it into effect.
California Department of Finance spokesman H.D. palme5r said the state will ask for a stay of the judge’s order as soon as possible. “We fully expect this to be overturned on appeal,” he said.
As the state’s financial problems intensified, Wall Street slapped California with another downgrade of its credit, the first of what financial experts expect could be several this summer. Fitch Ratings lowered the state’s bond rating from A to A and warned that further downgrade may come. Fitch said the reduction reflected a belief that “the state’s finances will continue to be strained through fiscal year 2010 and be yond, regardless of any likely outcome to the current budget impasse.”

 July 25 Davy Crockett and the Coonskin Davy Crockett wanted to be a leader of his people.He wanted to sever in Congress of the Unite States.But first,he had to get people to vote for him.So he tried to ,make people think that he was a good leader.
He wanted the people like him.
Davy Croclett had an opponent.This was another man who wanted to get into Congress.Davy's opponent was busy talking to a group of men."If you vote for me,"he said,"I promise I will do good things for
you."
Davy Croclett climbed up onto a stump outside a store.He began to talk to anyone who would listen .Slowly the crowed drifted over to listen to him.Davy told them how good he was ,how truthful,how brave.
They listenen for a while,and then one ,man said,"That's all very well.We've listened to you for a long time.Now tale us into the saloon and buy us a drink."
"Yes, "they all said,"we've listened long enough.We're thirsty.It's time for some rum."
Now,back in those days very few people carried money.They traded things instead.A good knife was worth a bag of flour,or a cow cost a gun;if you gave me your gun, you could have my cow.Like most
people,Davy Crockett had no money.But he did want to go to congress, and to do that,he had to buy liquor for the crowd.
Everyone Crowded into the saloon,which was also the general store.In those days,sold everythin: clothing ,food, animal slins,and, of course,liquor.
The man who ran this store was mean.His name was Job Snelling, and he never gave anything away.Job said nobody could steal from him.He said he never closed his eyes, not even when he was asleep.
Do you think that Job Snelling will let Davy Crockett have rum without paying for it?
The man crowded into the store.
Job Snelling said,"What can i do for you?"
Davy Crockett spoke to Job."Will you let me have a quart of your best rum?"he asked politely.
"Do you have any money?"Job saked.
"No,"Davy Crockett said,"I don't have any today.But I'll pay you later.Trust me.
Job pointed to a sign over the bar.It said,"Pay today and trust later."
All the men truned to look at Davy Crockett.Davy Crockett stoop up tall,and turned toward the door.Everyone followed him, out of the store.
"You wait here,"Crockett told them.He marched off into the woods.
"What's he going to do?"somebody asked.
"He's going to shoot something,"his friend repied."Davy Crockett is a great shot.Just wait.He'll bring something back."
Just then there was a bang!Davy Crockett had shot a raccoon.He walked back into the clearing and skinned the raccoon .Then he said to the waiting men,"Come on!We'll go back to Job's."
So they all went back to Job's store."We've come back for our liquor,"Davy Crockett said,and he put the skin on the counter."Give me a quart of your best,and take the skin to pay for it."
Job looked at the skin.It was worth month money because there were no holes in it.Job Snelling took the skin and gave Davy Crockett dtje quart of rum.
The men passed the bottle around.They drank from it , and they laughed and grew merry.
"Old Job makes a good rum ,"one man said.
"I bet it is just corncob and molasses,"another ,man said."But it tastes good. It hits the spot.Get us some more,Colonel Crockett." Davy Crockett had no more money.How could he buy more liquor?
Then he saw the coonskin.Job had pushed it into a crack between the logs under the bar.Davy could just reach it.
Job was looking the other way.Quick as a wink,Davy Crockett grabbed the coonskin.
"Another quart of you going to pay?"Job asked.
"How are you going to pay?"Job asked.
Davy didn't say anything .He gave the coonskin to Job.Job quickly pushed it back into the crack.
What will happen if Job catches Davy Crockett stealing the coonskin?
What will the other people think of Davy Crockett's trick?
Soon the men were drinking again.They agree that Colonel Crockett was the man for them.
Davy Crockett used that cookslin eight time more.Everyone knew what he was doing.Everyone,that is, except Job.
The men all decided that Davy Crockett was the man to send to Congress.They said if he coould fool Job, he could tricl everyone.
And that's how Davy Crockett got elected to Congress.
After the election Davy Croclett went to see Job.Job was ready for him.
"I found that one coonskin,"Job said."You sold it to me ten times."
"Yes,sir,I did,"Davy Crockett said."And I'm here to pay you."
Job laughed."Don't worry,"he said.
Davy Crockett was very surprised.
"Well,you got my vote,"Job said."Anyone who can trick me is very smart.Anyway,I added the cost of your rum to the price I charged your opponent."
Davy Corckett laughed."You mean you made the man running against me pay for my rum?"
"That's right,"Job said."He was a fool.He doesn't deserve to get into Congress .We need smart men there to look after things for us.You'll do.In any case, it is good for a man like me to get fooled everyone
now and again. It keeps me sharp.But don't try to fool me again,because I'm ready for you."
"And how do we know this story ?"David Crockett told it himself!The story,and stories like it ,appear in The Life and Adventures of Colonel David Crockett of West Tennessee,published in 1833.
July 23 It take 66 days to form a habit.. If you make a New Year's resolution to exercise or eat healthily and do it daily until March 7,it is likely to sick-suggest researchers who claim that it takes 66 days for a "healdthy" pledge to become an ingrained habits.
Reporting in the European Journal of Social Psychology, the researchers started to investigate how long it took for the repetition of behaviour to reach the 'automacity'stage -where it is performed whenever the situation is encountered without thinking, awareness or intention.
To reach the conclusion,the study's volunteers were asked to choose a healthy eating,drinking or exercise behaviour that they whould like to make into a habit, reports the Telegraph.
Results showed that whilst the average time to form a habit was 66 days,more complex behaviours took longer, whilst an exercise habit took longer to form than a healthy eating or drinking habit.

.jpg) July 20 月亮與蛇蛇的心中有一張人生地圖
可選擇的交通工具
有飛機 火車 和 汽車 及 雙腳
蛇只能選雙腳(因為不需要經費)
要到達蛇的"目的地"需要有的passport也有了
該帶的糧食也帶足了
於是開始徒步走
但在走的過程 蛇發現
有些風景會跟蛇招手
要蛇過來看看 告訴蛇 這裡很好玩喔
有時 一不小心 蛇就佇留
在看風景的同時
糧食漸漸沒有了
但卻離蛇的目的地還很遠
然後蛇會生氣 "媽的" 我看那些風景幹什麼
甚至根本忘記那些風景的樣貌
但糧食不會增長只會持續消耗
而蛇目的地的距離似乎相對增加
於是就會想 那先停下來
把糧食備足了再繼續走
可是當停下來時
人生地圖的路線就開始在繞彎路
繞著繞著
因為心裡的目的地還在
所以停下來時的覓食
也沒有覓到
糧食還是一樣在漸漸短缺
所以蛇開始懷疑
這張地圖跟自己當初規劃的路線是對的嗎???
後來遇到月亮
月亮讓蛇看了一遍
走路過程中的蛇
才發現
幾乎每個對蛇有招手的風景
蛇都停留
月亮告訴牠
因為牠不能忍受孤獨和寂寞
蛇 說: 可是我都是自己走啊...
怎麼說我不能忍受孤獨和寂寞..
再說那些風景都很漂亮啊而且很熱情
月亮說: 是啊...你表面是自己走.
但內心卻不想自己走...
心裡不夠安靜所以很容易佇留那些浪費你糧食的風景
你應該學會當你走的時候
"在孤獨中思考,在思考中成長"
另外不要因為寂寞亂了方寸
而去做無聊無益的事情,白白浪費寶貴時間...
蛇 說:月亮,你自己高高掛在黑夜中,不孤單嗎???
月亮說: 你不要忘記...
黑夜中還有很多行星...
在陪伴著我,即便他們離我很遙遠,
但另一方面,高掛在這孤寂的黑夜,卻因為我有能力照亮萬物,
讓我覺得很孤獨跟寂寞是生命中最微不足道的事物.....
於是,蛇又繼續完成牠的人生地圖....

這樣我才能在這裡"做自己"(但還是很難)
談談 "做自己"
做自己就是可以很自然的 當 你/妳自己(廢話)
那什麼叫做自然的當自己
就是 不管 在什麼環境或空間 你/妳心裡 都是一種放鬆的狀態
不會顧忌這個 那個
不在意 他人眼光
但是 那真的很難
因為太放肆的做自己
有時候其實是會傷害到別人或者說影響別人
一不小心會變成"自私"或者"太自我"
事實上
在做自己之前
還要先了解自己= 認識自己
知道自己是什麼樣的個性
知道自己喜歡什麼 要什麼(這個對我來說也很難)
不管如何
我羨幕也欽佩
真的"做自己"的人
我的人格特質很矛盾又兩極
今天在這裡
我要做自己
當一回
辣妹
我一直不敢承認自己想當辣妹
因為我覺得辣妹就很容易跟俗氣沾到邊(但我現在發現我錯了)
年輕時當不成辣妹還有一個重要原因
因為我找不到
如何將辣妹 與 氣質 完美的結合(看吧...我就是怕跟俗氣沾到邊...其實也就是擔心他人眼光) 拖到現在三十二了
大家應該沒聽過三十二歲的辣妹吧
但我不想到四十三歲才承認自己想當辣妹
因為那....更瞎
一般來說 大家只會說四十三歲的辣媽
你/妳有聽過四十三歲的辣妹嗎
更別說五十三歲了
或者六十三歲的辣妹
 (....請以此類推...)那既然如此
沒聽過三十二歲的辣妹
總可以創造"馬惟中氣質的辣妹"吧
藉此解構年齡的尷尬,所以就有了這張照片....

今天是你走的第四天了
這幾天只要從Mt.Sac回家路上
眼淚就會自己掉下來
回家開門會像以前一樣
怕你衝出去
先用腳擋一下
但當我一擋或擔心你衝出去
才發現
你不在家了
媽媽說你比我有人性比我懂得報恩..(.我認同)
都知道要叫爸爸起床
會坐在她旁邊陪她看書
最後還會想來見我一面
你讓本來不喜歡你的人
為你哭泣
因為你的貼心和可愛
他們感受到了
你也讓很多
喜歡你的人哭泣
因為他們曾經被你陪伴過
Sean媽 還為你留下了眼淚
看著你的照片而不捨
記得北京的榕松嗎
你最愛跟他玩到抓狂
他還一直要問我
你是怎樣受傷的
懷疑你不是被車撞而是其他原因
也怪我沒好好照顧你而讓你受苦
我知道他的不捨
外婆也哭了,她看到你第一眼就想帶你回家陪她
卻因為自己九十多歲了而無法這樣做,感到可惜
還有瓜子馨馨跟小米....都替你傷心
只想讓你知道
你不是只是一隻貓
而是讓人不捨的親人和好友
June 10 Just for you..my dear catYou passed away yesterday.
When you did't come home about two days,i felt you will be gone forever.
But i never think of that you use this way to see me at last sight.
Yesterday, you came home with your weakenss body.
Your eyes and mouth already changed, your eyes seemly blinding ..
You are too weakness to stand up again.
I only felt your breathing....i call you but you did not response me any more.
When i took you to see animal emergency doctor,i just heard your weak voice..
Doctor told me your every organ alomst dehydrate..your eyes will be blind forever in the future.
Your chin alomst broken ,you couldn't eat anything by yourself..
Doctor said your situtation was suffering..
At last, i choice to make you sleeping forever...
I am sorry that i didnot have any ability to save your life.
Before you went to sleep,i saw you the last sight.
You lied on the desk but still so weakness,suddendly you stood up at last moment and saw me again ..then lied down ...
I am so sad that you suffered the pain..and i am sorry...sorry...
I hope you can have good new life in the paradise.
I love you, and so do you.

不想去想 當初要是上飛機最後一剎那
把你留給學長,在北京生活的話

也難過我自己

收垃圾的碩士 我有一個年紀滿輕的朋友，他是國立大學研究所碩士班的高材生，出身在一個家世平凡的家庭。他爸爸是個大廈警衛，為了貼補家計，兼差幫大廈的住戶清理垃圾，數十年如一日。 顧念爸爸賺錢的辛勞，他一有空，便到爸爸上班的大廈幫忙，上上下下每一個樓層，挨家挨戶地收垃圾、倒垃圾。有一回他穿著輕便的汗衫短褲，推著收集垃圾袋的手推車，和一對母子共乘電梯上樓。母親逮著機會，在電梯裡滔滔不絕地現場教育她的小男孩:「你要用功念書，將來才不會像他一樣，長這麼大，除了幫人倒垃圾之外，什麼也不會，是個沒出息的人，注定要貧窮一輩子！」 母親講話非常尖刻大聲，完全無視於他的存在！他忍著忍著，直到他要到達的樓層到了，才推著車子步出電梯。臨走時，回過頭去，也「勉勵」小男孩一番：「小弟弟，你一定要用功念書，不要像我一樣。我國小初中的時候，老是考第一名，高中不小心就考上建中，大學不小心就考上政大，考研究所不小心又考了第一名！千萬不要像我這樣沒出息喲！」 那個母親後來得知他是警衛的兒子，利用餘時間來幫忙爸爸忙的，特地來向他道歉。我朋友正色地告訴她：「清道夫不是沒有用、沒出息的人！他們或許在金錢物質方面貧窮，但絕對不是一無是處。妳不是應該跟我道歉，妳應該跟所有的清道夫道歉！」 職業不分貴賤，這句話，到底是生活與倫理、公民與道德課本上的教條，還是確實根植在每個人的思考模式中呢？再想想，如果每個人 都當 教授、醫生、律師、經理、董事長等等高薪高社會地位的工作，那麼，誰來清運垃圾、修築馬路、種植蔬菜？ May 05 跟自己說的話...懷胎十月來算的話
到美國剛好十個月
十個月中
先達成自己五年十個月前的目標 : "加州針灸師執照"
記得在Sacramento考場時
眼淚不爭氣的在眼框打轉
不是因為考試緊張
是因為
沒想到會兌現
五年多前對自己的承諾
我看著偌大的廳堂
跟自己說:
謝謝...
謝謝自己的付出
也謝謝老天對我的眷顧
在追求夢想的時候不胡思亂想
或擔心這個夢想有沒有用?會不會達成?
就是傻傻的實踐
最後就是
堅信"只要努力,很多事情都是可以做得到的"
考到執照後幾個月到現在
常常忘記
在Sacramento跟自己說的話.....
所以在適應更不好適應的語言能力時
變的急躁和焦慮.....
然後很容易常常放空
放空到自己好像放了一段長假
那天一位好朋友的朋友對我說了一句話
剛到美國最辛苦的是前面一兩年,敖過去就沒事了...
那我才呆十個月
所以
突然覺得
假期要結束了
也就是該收心的時候...
怕自己又忘記在Sacramento跟自己說的話.....
所以寫下來......
ps..考執照前一晚的死撐照片....說真的有點懷念..哈哈
